Estimate (Bode)

We provide you with:

  • An estimate of costs
  • Site plan
  • Planning feasibility check
  • Floor plan

*if you require a custom floor plan – the design fee is $2,000, which will be credited to your build contract.

03.

Finance & Land (You)

With our estimate, you’ll be able to secure finance and put an offer in on the land subject to a build contract. Bode can point you in the right direction for mortgage brokers and property lawyers.

Quote & Build Contract (Bode)

We provide you with:

  • Quotation for building works
  • Fixed price Building contract
  • Floor plan and elevations
  • Standard specifications
  • Final site plan

Design & Consent Process (Bode)

  • Geotech report
  • Foundation design
  • Structural design
  • Consent ready plans
  • Consent application

06.

Build Prep (Bode)

While we are waiting on the Council:

  • Finalise specifications and colours (everyone)
  • Start production of you home in the factory (Bode)

Construction (Bode)

  • Site works 1-2 weeks
  • Foundations 1 day
  • Shell construction 1 week
  • Fit out 4 – 8 weeks
  • Landscaping 1-2 weeks
